Can I call?
We are happy to answer any questions you may have via email, but like a growing number of modern businesses, we do not conduct any business by phone. It's expensive, inefficient and vulnerable to error. International electrical issues are never simple -- ever -- and assistance by phone simply doesn't help. The question may seem simple, but the answer will probably require some digestion, confirmation of certain info about your appliance, and a re-read or two of the answer.

It is very important to understand that the more you can tell us about your appliance, the simpler an answer we can give you. Specifically, the appliance's [VOLTS "V" / AMPS "A" / WATTS "W"] found on the appliance's or charger's label ("Input: 120V 60Hz 2.0A 240W") Everything is entirely dependent on that, and without that info, the best we can do is make educated guesses and give you answers with plenty of "if" and "or" and "but." There's no such thing as a "standard U.S. appliance." They're all different.
